Ƙarfafa Filastik Mai Ƙarfafa Filastik(FRP Reinforcement) a hankali yana maye gurbin ƙarfafa ƙarfe na gargajiya a fannin injiniyan gine-gine saboda sauƙin nauyi, ƙarfinsa mai yawa da kuma ƙarfinsa mai jure tsatsa. Duk da haka, dorewarsa tana shafar dalilai daban-daban na muhalli, kuma ya kamata a yi la'akari da waɗannan muhimman abubuwa da matakan da za a ɗauka don magance su:
1. Danshi da muhallin ruwa
Tsarin tasiri:
Danshi yana shiga cikin substrate yana haifar da kumburi da kuma raunana haɗin haɗin fiber-substrate.
Ruwan zare na gilashi (GFRP) na iya faruwa tare da asarar ƙarfi mai yawa; ƙwayoyin carbon (CFRP) ba su da tasiri sosai.

2. Zafin jiki da Keke na Zafi
Tasirin zafin jiki mai yawa:
Matrix ɗin resin yana laushi (sama da zafin canjin gilashi), wanda ke haifar da raguwar tauri da ƙarfi.
Zafin jiki mai yawa yana hanzarta haɓakar hydrolysis da amsawar oxidation (misaliZaren AramidAFRP yana da sauƙin lalacewa ga yanayin zafi).

Matrix embrittle, mai saurin kamuwa da ƙananan fasawa.
Zagayen zafi:
Bambancin da ke tsakanin zare da matrix yana haifar da tarin matsalolin da ke tsakanin fuskoki kuma yana haifar da cire haɗin kai.

3. Hasken ultraviolet (UV)
Tsarin tasiri:
Hasken rana (UV) yana haifar da tasirin photo-oxidation na resin, wanda ke haifar da ƙaiƙayi a saman fata, bushewa da kuma ƙaruwar fashewar micro-crack.
Yana hanzarta kutsewar danshi da sinadarai, yana haifar da lalacewar haɗin gwiwa.
Matakan kariya:
Sai a ƙara na'urorin shaƙar UV (misali titanium dioxide); a rufe saman da wani Layer mai kariya (misali rufin polyurethane).
Duba akai-akaiAbubuwan FRPa cikin yanayin da aka fallasa.
4. Tsatsa mai guba
Muhalli mai tsami:
Lalacewar tsarin silicate a cikin zaruruwan gilashi (mai saurin GFRP), wanda ke haifar da karyewar zaren.
Muhalli na alkaline (misali ruwan ramukan siminti):
Yana lalata hanyar sadarwa ta siloxane na zaruruwan GFRP; resin matrix na iya saponify.
Zaren carbon (CFRP) yana da kyakkyawan juriya ga alkali kuma ya dace da tsarin siminti.
Muhalli na fesa gishiri:
Shigar da sinadarin chloride ion yana hanzarta lalata fuska kuma yana haɗuwa da danshi don ƙara lalacewar aiki.

Zaɓin zare masu jure wa sinadarai (misali, CFRP); ƙara abubuwan cikawa masu jure wa tsatsa a cikin matrix.
5. Zagaye narke-daskarewa
Tsarin tasiri:
Danshin da ke shiga cikin ƙananan fasa yana daskarewa da faɗaɗa, yana faɗaɗa lalacewar; daskarewa da narkewa akai-akai yana haifar da fashewar matrix.
Matakan kariya:
Sarrafa shan ruwa a cikin kayan; yi amfani da matrix mai sassauƙa na resin don rage lalacewa mai rauni.
6. Lodawa da rarrafe na dogon lokaci
Tasirin kaya mai tsayayye:
Rarrafewar matrix na resin yana haifar da sake rarrabawa cikin damuwa kuma zare suna fuskantar manyan kaya, wanda hakan na iya haifar da karyewa.
AFRP yana da ƙarfi sosai, CFRP yana da mafi kyawun juriya ga creep.
Lodawa mai ƙarfi:
Loda gajiya yana hanzarta faɗaɗa microcrack kuma yana rage tsawon lokacin gajiya.
Matakan kariya:
Yi amfani da tsarin tsaro mafi girma; zaɓi CFRP ko zare masu girman modulus.
7. Haɗin muhalli mai haɗaka
Yanayin zahiri (misali, yanayin ruwa):
Danshi, feshi mai gishiri, canjin yanayin zafi da nauyin injina suna aiki tare don rage tsawon rai.
Dabarun mayar da martani:
Kimanta gwaje-gwajen tsufa masu sauri da matakai da yawa; ragin rangwame ga muhalli.
Takaitawa da Shawarwari
Zaɓin Kayan Aiki: Nau'in zare da aka fi so bisa ga muhalli (misali CFRP mai kyau juriya ga sinadarai, GFRP mai rahusa amma yana buƙatar kariya).
Tsarin kariya: rufin saman, maganin rufewa, ingantaccen tsarin resin.
Kulawa da kulawa: gano ƙananan fasa da lalacewar aiki akai-akai, gyara akan lokaci.
Dorewa naƘarfafa FRPyana buƙatar a tabbatar da shi ta hanyar haɗakar inganta kayan aiki, ƙirar tsari da kuma kimanta daidaitawar muhalli, musamman a cikin mawuyacin yanayi inda ake buƙatar a tabbatar da aiki na dogon lokaci a hankali.
