1. Gyaran Hannu

Yin gyare-gyaren hannu shine hanya mafi al'ada don ƙirƙirar filaye masu ƙarfafa filastik (FRP). 2. Matsi Molding

3. Resin Transfer Molding (RTM)  

RTM ya haɗa da sanya ƙarfin fiberglass a cikin rufaffiyar ƙira, allurar guduro don zubar da zaruruwa, da warkewa. Tsarin ya haɗa da:

  • Sanya preform na fiberglass wanda yayi daidai da geometry na flange a cikin kogon mold.
  • Aiwatar da guduro mai ƙarancin danko a ƙarƙashin yanayin da ake sarrafawa da matsa lamba don saturate preform da kawar da iska.
  • Dumama don warkewa da lalata flange da aka gama.

4. Vacuum-Assissted Resin Transfer Molding (VARTM)
